Job summary

Becton Dickinson NA is seeking an Inventory/Discrepancy Coordinator for the JG31st Shift to monitor warehouse activity, validate data, and support production planning. The role includes leading physical inventories and providing root-cause analysis for variances.

You'll collaborate with the SAP/MES team, train users, and drive improvements. A minimum Associates degree or 5 years inventory management experience is required; manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; 5 years inventory management experience acceptable in lieu.
• Two years manufacturing experience required; inventory management preferred.
• Inventory management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• SAP/MES discrepancy coordination and monitoring of warehouse activity and IDs/COGIs.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual physical inventories.
• Provide root cause analysis for variances and support planners.
• Train and support SAP/MES users; participate in CNT/CFT training as needed.
• Support projects and daily issues; supervise 1-10 hourly associates.
