Job description

Job Title: Inventory Coordinator I (2nd Shift)

Duration: 12+ Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

Shift - 3.30 pm to 2.00 am (Monday to Thursday)

• Approximately 65%–75% of the work is performed in a clean room environment
• Remaining duties are completed in the warehouse, including material transfers
• Required clean room PPE includes gown, hairnet, beard net (if applicable), shoe covers, gloves, and safety glasses
• Safety shoes are required when operating warehouse equipment
• All necessary PPE is provided by the company

Key Responsibilities

• esKit medical device production orders by accurately counting and documenting component
• Perform inventory transactions and material movements in SAP ER
• Process Goods Receipts and maintain inventory accurac
• Supply production lines with required materials in a timely manne
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet operational goal
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmen
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writin
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmen
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as neede
• Follow company procedures, work instructions, and quality standard
• Handle chemicals safely when required, with proper training and PPE provide
• Support overtime requirements based on business need
• Perform additional duties as assigne
