Job summary

Medline Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the inventory control team in our Indiana distribution center.

The role focuses on researching and reconciling inventory adjustments, discrepancies, and related service issues to maintain accuracy across receiving and putaways. The position requires SAP proficiency, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with A/P, product divisions, and customer service to reduce errors.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Proficiency in SAP inventory transactions.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the inventory control team and supervise functions.
• Maintain and review Daily Material Movement and Goods Over Receipt reports.
• Handle error queues (ZPOGI, Z272, IQS9) and trend reporting.
• Report on service failures, osis, and customer issues.
• Communicate with warehouse leadership, A/P, and inventory teams.
• Operate MHE as necessary.
