Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a 1st Shift SAP/MES discrepancy coordinator in Columbus, NE. Responsibilities include monitoring warehouse activity, validating financials and inventory, and leading periodic inventories.

You will collaborate with planners and lead continuous improvement initiatives while supporting SAP/MES users and training. The role requires an Associates degree (or 5 years inventory management experience) and at least 2 years manufacturing experience, with discovery

• Associates degree required; in lieu of degree, at least 5 years inventory management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Discrepancy coordination between SAP/MES and warehouses; monitors IDOCs, COGIs and validates financials and inventory reconciliation.
• Leads monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual inventory processes.
• Provides root-cause analysis for transactional and operational variances with reporting and trend analysis.
• Supports planners with production execution and material movement; leads improvement and sustainability activities.
• Provides leadership and training for SAP/MES users; serves as CUP/C2C administrator and supports curriculum execution.
