Job summary

This role supports the production and inventory processes on the 1st shift at the Columbus, NE site, coordinating SAP/MES activities, leading inventories, and providing root cause analysis to improve accuracy and efficiency.

You will supervise a small team of hourly associates, participate in continuous improvement efforts, and ensure proper training for SAP/MES users.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• In lieu of degree, at least 5 years of inventory management experience.
• Two years manufacturing experience required.
• Inventory management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• SAP/MES discrepancy coordination for department; monitors warehouse activity, IDOCs and COGIs.
• Administers work order reviews; verifies and reconciles tracibility, financials and inventory.
• Provide root cause analysis for variances; reporting and investigating issues.
