RWDY Inc. in Loving, NM seeks an Administrative Assistant II – SAP Administrator to provide day-to-day SAP transactional support across Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and Maintenance.

You will help ensure accurate processing of material-management transactions and serve as the primary contact for SAP user support. The role maintains data accuracy for purchasing, inventory, and master data, monitors transaction queues, resolves errors, and supports month-end and year-end

Qualifications

• SAP Materials Management knowledge is preferred.
• Attention to data accuracy in purchasing and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP Materials Management transactions, including Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, Stock Transfers, Inventory Adjustments, Material Reservations.
• Monitor and resolve blocked, failed, or incomplete transactions.
• Research and correct transactional errors affecting procurement and inventory processes.
• Assist users with transaction-status tracking and document-flow reviews.
• Review and validate purchasing and inventory transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting documentation.
• Provide support during month-end and year-end inventory activities.
