RWE Americas, LLC is seeking an Inventory/Maintenance Materials Specialist to support site and Balance of Plan operations. The role involves creating purchase requisitions, managing SAP MM movements, and ensuring accurate inventory control across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Material Management in SAP MM or similar maintenance system.
• Strong understanding of inventory processes and Excel proficiency.
• Able to operate forklift and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Minimum intermediate Office Suite computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Requisitions for site and Balance of Plan operations.
• Perform all inventory movements in SAP.
• Support multiple sites with minimal supervision.
• Conduct quarterly counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Analyze usage and adjust MRP with operations input.
• Maintain product lifecycle records and master data in SAP MM/PM.
• Perform shipping/receiving duties and issue invoices/goodsreceipts as needed.
• Track serialized components and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Generate inventory and logistics reports using SAP.
