Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is offering a Winter 2027 Co-op in Maintenance Systems and Reliability in the United States. You will help develop SAP functional locations, verify assets in the field, and update maintenance plans to strengthen asset reliability.

The position emphasizes accuracy, collaboration across sites, and hands-on field verification. The role runs Jan 4–Jun 25, 2027, is full-time (40 hours/week), in-person, with on-site responsibilities and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance and Reliability, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for the full co-op term (Jan 4 – Jun 25, 2027).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable working safely in a manufacturing environment and spending significant time in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement equipment functional locations in SAP.
• Review equipment layouts, SAP records, technical documentation, and field conditions to support a sustainable functional-location hierarchy.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Operations and others to establish asset relationships and data standards.
• Validate functional locations in the field and align SAP records with physical assets and labeling.
• Coordinate asset-tagging activities to improve data accuracy across the facility.
• Maintain records of functional locations, tagging progress, discrepancies, and corrections.
• Support alignment of SAP Plant Maintenance plans with the functional-location structure.
• Perform quality checks on SAP data and identify improvement opportunities for data integrity.
• Communicate project progress, findings, and status to stakeholders.
• Follow safety, food safety, quality, access, and change-control requirements.
