Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Burlington, MA seeks a Fall 2027 Mechanical Test and Reliability Co-op to support reliability testing, data analysis, and fixture development for New Product Development. You will work with the Reliability, Test Fixtures and Advanced Development team to influence early design decisions and learn through hands-on projects.

The role is full-time, 40 hours/week, hybrid in-office Tue/Wed/Thu, and offers mentorship, project ownership, and opportunities to present findings to

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).
• Ability to communicate test results clearly.
• Passion for consumer products and teamwork.
• Hands-on problem solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of risk assessment tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• SolidWorks proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support Reliability and Design Validation Testing for New Products.
• Analyze test data to support milestone events.
• Assist with rapid testing and fixture design for Advanced Development projects.
• Identify gaps or potential improvements to test methods.
