Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program (Engineering or related field).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including written and verbal abilities; proficiency with Power BI and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write work instructions and preventive maintenance documents.
• Create pivot tables and analyze downtime data.
• Assist with TPM implementation and Lean activities, including Continuous Improvement events.
• Develop and present project work and takeaways to leadership.
