Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to provide administrative and SAP support for the Production Maintenance Department. The role plans, schedules, tracks, and documents maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations and successful execution of maintenance programs.

You will coordinate with planners, supervisors, and operations, create and close work orders in SAP, and develop preventive maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance and/or production experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance and construction experience; proficiency with CAD.
• Strong proficiency in SAP is required.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance programs preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Education as specified in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Planning & Scheduling.
• Utilize SAP to plan, schedule, and manage maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with planners, supervisors, and operations.
• Monitor work order status, provide updates, and ensure timely completion.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans and task lists.
• Ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Support audits and compliance through accurate documentation.
