Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Project Coordinator to support onsite construction management and supervision. The role focuses on administrative and field duties, including document control, schedule support, and coordination with subcontractors and vendors.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of maintenance and construction experience with CAD proficiency and SAP PM/MM knowledge. The position requires legal work eligibility in the United States and involves active site work with exposure to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ years of maintenance and construction experience; CAD proficiency.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity reporting and closeout documentation.
• Maintain document control for drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and daily reports.
• Attend progress, planning, and safety meetings; support mobilization activities.
• Assist with three-week look-ahead schedules and project look aheads.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate material deliveries and equipment.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids; participate in site visits.
• Ensure accurate job costing through daily timesheet review and cost control.
