Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support the Production Maintenance Department in Tempe, AZ. You will plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities and utilize SAP to manage work orders.

The role requires close collaboration with planners, supervisors, and operations to ensure timely completion and compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance/production experience, strong SAP and CAD skills, and a track record in maintenance planning and PM programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance and/or production experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance and construction experience; proficiency with CAD.
• Strong proficiency in SAP is required.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance programs preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities.
• Use SAP to plan, schedule, and manage work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with planners, supervisors, and operations personnel.
• Monitor work order status and provide updates.
• Create, update, comment on, and close maintenance work orders within SAP.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) plans and task lists.
• Ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date.
• Generate reports and track maintenance KPIs.
• Maintain document control, correspondence, and daily activity reports.
• Attend planning, progress, and safety meetings.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and management teams to support project objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
