HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find an SAP Logistics Analyst to maintain and optimize the material planning and logistics master data that supports fleet operations.
In this role, you'll ensure material planning data, inventory parameters, and SAP master data are accurate and scalable to support fleet readiness and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with Serviceability, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and SAP teams to improve data quality, resolve system issues, and enhance planning processes.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with experience managing master data in SAP or a similar ERP system. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy driving process improvements through data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.
As An SAP Logistics Analyst, You'll
- Maintain material planning and logistics master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visibility across SAP systems.
- Manage part extensions and planning data across multiple locations to support replenishment and inventory planning.
- Partner with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and SAP technical teams to ensure materials are properly configured, including plant extensions, costing, and planning parameters.
- Establish and maintain inventory planning parameters, including safety stock levels, to support fleet readiness and service operations.
- Monitor master data quality and resolve gaps that impact inventory transfers, stock transport orders, and replenishment activities.
- Investigate and resolve SAP data discrepancies affecting demand, supply, and inventory visibility through root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
- Track large-scale part extension activities and drive completion across multiple stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance master data quality, planning processes, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data quality issues and implement solutions that improve material availability and planning execution.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, materials planning, inventory management, master data, or ERP systems
- Experience managing material master data, part setup, plant extensions, or planning parameters in SAP or a similar ERP platform
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and build reports
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data accuratelyExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize work, navigate ambiguity, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with SAP Material Master, MRP, inventory management, or logistics modules
- Experience supporting service operations, fleet operations, or manufacturing environments
- Experience establishing safety stock levels, replenishment parameters, or inventory planning strategies
