Job Title: S2P Systems Analyst, Expert (Data/Reporting)

Position Summary

The S2P Systems Analyst, Expert will play a pivotal role in the transformation program, supporting the implementation of key supply chain initiatives as part of broader business and technology modernization efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of Source-to-Pay technologies and data requirements (Ariba, SAP ECC & S/4HANA, SQL) as well as integration points to other functional areas (e.g., Inventory, Finance, Accounts Payable). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with program goals of standardizing business processes, enhancing data quality, and enabling technological innovation.

Job Responsibilities

• Support all project phases as a representative of the procurement process in design workshops, socialization, and confirmation of business requirements for L3/L4 processes.
• Translate business requirements to technical and functional requirements.
• Perform analysis on the fit/gap coming out of the design workshops and provide input based on understanding of current systems and environments.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Design and develop IT solutions that integrate SAP modules with existing enterprise systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.
• Identify and mitigate data risks, proposing solutions to prevent or address potential issues impacting project success.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years of experience in business or Supply Chain systems development, maintenance, support, report creation, or analysis
