Job Description

This role will focus on understanding End to End Supply Chain planning processes to bridge business needs with technical solutions. The analyst will proactively work with various functions to identify business process gaps and improvement opportunities. The role includes close collaboration with the IT and Planning team to implement planning solutions, provide support training and deployment, and ensure effective rollout of new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Worked with supply chain operations and planning teams to understand and collect pain points and use cases.
• Define comprehensive business requirements with key supply chain planning principles and make the business case for applications or features that support operations.
• Identify and implement improvements in current workflows and processes to increase efficiency and visibility.
• Partner with IT to enable new capabilities throughout project lifecycles and manage smaller enhancement projects as a business project manager.
• Create project documents including Business Process Flow, User Requirement Documents, User Acceptance Test Cases, and training materials.
• Facilitate UAT, user training, and change management.
• Investigate and identify system issues and gaps; collaborate with IT and business users to resolve issues and implement resolutions.
• Support supply chain planning and operations with key metrics and data analysis.
• Work collaboratively and independently in a fast‑paced environment, juggling competing priorities and ambiguity.

Requirements

• BA/BS in technical or supply chain relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in a business system analyst role in supply chain or manufacturing domain.
• 8+ years SAP experience and ability to work in the office daily.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain planning processes.
• Proficiency in planning software implementation cycles and solid problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
