Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within utility transformation programs, from migration strategy through cutover and stabilization.

You will own conversion scope, waves, mapping, and reconciliation controls, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage cutover readiness, while travel up to 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, with 3+ years leading a workstream.
• Experience delivering migration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage risks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams from strategy to production cutover.
• Own conversion scope, waves, and acceptance criteria across data domains.
• Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners.
• Define mapping, transformation, tooling, loads, and mock-conversion cycles.
• Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL teams, data stewards, and cutover leaders.
• Oversee mock loads, defects, and reconciliation metrics.
• Manage cutover readiness, load sequencing, and post-load validation.
• Ensure audit-ready evidence and knowledge transfer.
