Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams for complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization, coordinating with cross-functional teams and data owners.

You will drive conversion rules, sequencing, and acceptance criteria, ensuring timely readiness and audit-ready evidence, while traveling up to 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a workstream.
• Proven ownership of functional design and delivery through implementation and stabilization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing risks with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within utility transformation programs.
• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and cutover readiness.
• Define waves, sequencing, acceptance criteria, and decision gates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including ETL, data stewards, and cutover leadership.
• Governing mock loads, defect priorities, and reconciliation metrics.
• Oversee production cutover readiness, load sequencing, and post-load validation.
• Manage team capacity, risks, scope, and executive decisions; ensure audit-ready evidence.
