Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

You will own conversion strategy, waves, acceptance criteria, and sign-off across meter-to-cash data domains, coordinating across business owners, ETL teams, and cutover leadership. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and SAP IS-U experience.
4–6 years in SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities with 3+ years leading a workstream.
Proven ownership of functional solution design and delivery.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams across utility transformations.
Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and readiness for programs.
Define conversion waves, object sequencing, and acceptance criteria.
Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners.
Set mapping, transformation, tooling, staging, and mock-conversion cycles.
Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL, data stewards, and cutover teams.
Governing mock loads, defects, reconciliation, and sign-off.
Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, contingency planning, and post-load validation.
Manage team capacity, risks, estimates, and executive decisions.
