Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Technology Analysis to evaluate business models, translate requirements into specs, and design system architectures with SAP IS-Oil focus. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate functional design, and drive UAT and rollout activities across client engagements.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP IS-Oil, deep SDM/RFNO expertise, and a proven track record in leading end-to-end implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
• System configuration experience.
• Proficiency in system development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Hands on Experience in the area of SDM (Secondary Distribution Management), PAT (Process Automation Toolset), RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operation), Data Collation, including the Rack Ticket feature using Process Ticket.
• Engage with key business users to gather and define detailed functional requirements.
• Lead the functional design and solutioning efforts for IS-Oil SDM and RFNO modules.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business validation and readiness. Provide leadership during rollout and support the business during go-live.
