Job summary

EY is seeking a Risk Technology Manager to lead SAP Security and GRC initiatives for diverse clients. You will design and implement security controls across SAP applications, leveraging our governance frameworks and SAP GRC tools while coordinating with global teams.

You’ll travel up to 80% to engage with clients, manage onshore/offshore teams, and help shape risk programs. EY offers a hybrid model and a broad rewards package in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SAP Security/GRC lead roles.
• Hands-on design, build, test and deploy of SAP security frameworks across SAP apps.
• SAP GRC Access Control implementation experience (version 12.0+).
• Ability to manage onshore/offshore teams and multi-project environments.
• Strong risk controls alignment and SOD/CA governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP ERP security processes for transformation journeys.
• Collaborate with clients to apply IP and lessons learned into governance and change management.
• Build relationships with clients to address complex security and compliance issues.
