Job summary

EY is expanding its Risk Technology practice and seeks a seasoned Risk Technology Manager. You will lead SAP Application Security and GRC programs, guiding transformation journeys and helping clients optimize access controls.

Provide expert advisory, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and travel as needed to deliver results. EY offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SAP Security and GRC lead roles.
• Hands-on design, build, test and deploy of SAP security frameworks.
• Experience with SAP S/4, FIORI, ECC, ARIBA, HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of GRC Access Control and IAM integrations.
• Ability to lead onshore/offshore teams and manage multiple projects.
• Travel up to 80% with valid US driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP security and GRC initiatives across client engagements.
• Design and implement SAP security controls and governance processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation journeys.
• Manage client relationships and project delivery while coaching teams.
