Job summary

EY is seeking a Risk Technology Manager to drive SAP Security and GRC initiatives across client engagements. You will design and implement SAP security frameworks, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with clients to improve risk management and business performance.

A strong focus on transformation journeys and governance is essential. You’ll work within EY’s hybrid model in a fast‑paced, global environment, with travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SAP Security and GRC lead role.
• Hands-on design, build, test, deploy of SAP Application security across SAP apps (S/4, FIORI, ECC, ARIBA, HCM, SuccessFactors).
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (v12.0+) and IAM tools like Saviynt, SailPoint, SAP IAG.
• Knowledge of SODs/CA review processes and risk framework alignment.
• Strong project and team management with client service focus.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and valid US driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to design and implement SAP security and GRC processes.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore teams across project lifecycles.
• Engage in SAP audit discussions and governance resolution.
• Build relationships with clients to address complex issues and opportunities.
• Communicate functional requirements across EY teams and clients.
