Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our Spring, TX team. This role supports accounting operations, files documents, reconciles statements, and maintains data in financial systems, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will process and code billing and payroll, prepare financial reports in SAP, and assist with purchase orders and capital projects. The position offers $23.00/hr and a supportive environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP for financial reporting and data entry.
• Strong skills in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements, and maintaining data in financial systems.
• Process and code billing and payroll, prepare financial reports, and perform general bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist with invoice processing and SAP-based reporting.
• Create Capital Projects in SAP including WBS setup and TC coding, and support Purchase Order setup.
• Help the Capital Projects Team with accruals and related tasks.
