Job summary

H MART - Corp is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support the Accounting Specialists and department team with data entry, invoice processing, and related duties. The role includes processing invoices in SAP S/4HANA, preparing payment batches, and ensuring GAAP compliance.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in a professional office environment, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. Benefits, PTO, and a training program are provided.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US.
• Training program provided; basic office experience considered.
• 4-5 years experience in a professional office environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and cover sheets in the accounting system (SAP S/4HANA).
• Prepare operational expenditure payment batches.
• Review and verify departmental expense reports for GAAP and policy compliance.
• Process store gift certificates and reconcile related reports.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
