Job summary

H Mart is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support the Accounting Specialists and the Accounting Department through data entry, invoice processing, and related tasks. The role focuses on accurate data handling within SAP S/4HANA and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years in a professional office setting, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US.
• 4-5 years experience in a professional, detail-oriented office environment.
• Comfortable navigating basic computer software (training provided).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA Cloud is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inputting all data into the accounting system and processing invoices.
• Prepare operational expenditure payment batches.
• Reviewing and verifying departmental expense reports for GAAP compliance.
• Process store gift certificates.
• Verify and reconcile store and related reports.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
