Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts within SAP
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts and investigate variances
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting activities
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Generate and analyze financial reports using SAP and related reporting tools
• Assist with financial statement preparation and management reporting
• Support intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and month-end processes
• Troubleshoot SAP transaction issues and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with ERP enhancements, testing, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting policies

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Accountant to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP-related accounting activities within an SAP environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing account reconciliations, supporting month-end close, and leveraging SAP to ensure efficient and compliant accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, SAP expertise, and analytical skills to support business and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
