We're hiring a SAP PRODUCTION FLOW COORDINATOR (weekend shift) to oversee warehouse operations and drive performance on the floor. The SAP Production Flow Coordinator’s mission is to integrate, manage and organize production data into the company's management systems. The goal is to maintain the integrity, quality, accessibility and accuracy of information related to each product/customer. What will you do?

• Ensures the integrity and accuracy of data entered into plant management systems (SAP).
• Processes requests for mass creation or modification of all SAP objects, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Provides technical support. Analyzes and converts requests and anomalies related to customer orders and products deployed on production lines.
• Apply procedures and train on new SAP functionalities. Documents solutions – Writes work instructions related to his position.
• Collaborates with various stakeholders and supports related to the smooth running of activities. Actively participates in process improvements, updating and improving documentation.
• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order preparation, and shipping to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory control and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize warehouse layout.
• Supervise and support your team to meet operational goals while upholding safety, security, and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance productivity.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Your background and strengths. Have relevant training as well as solid experience in data processing. Have solid experience in data conversion.
• Master the SAP software package.
• Master the Symmetry application. Have an advanced level in Excel in addition to the agility necessary to work with different IT tools.
• Rigorous and results oriented. Aptitude in customer service and the ability to collaborate with a diversity of partners. Ability to work in a team. Ability to solve problems and establish priorities on a daily basis.
• Knowledge in a technical (mechanical) field (an asset)
• Good concentration and organizational skills.
• Good communicator. Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Practical problem-solving skills that keep operations running smoothly under pressure
• Strong communication and coordination abilities across shifts and functions
• Commitment to safety, quality, and driving continuous improvement every day

Work schedule: weekend shift Fri. - Sun. 6:00am - 6:30pm 36 hours paid for 40 hours

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $23.50-30.00 per hour. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
