Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Operations Operator to join our Goodyear, AZ warehouse team. You will receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials while supporting production through timely material delivery and accurate ERP transactions.

You will move inventory with forklifts, perform put-away and shipping, and maintain strict inventory accuracy in SAP/Oracle for a safety‑driven, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing operations.
• Forklift driver certified preferred.
• Experience using SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems for inventory transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse activities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Reliable team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively.
• Adaptable mindset with the ability to handle shifting priorities.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $20-22/hr. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
