Job summary

EY, a leading professional services firm, seeks a Senior Manager in its SAP Financial Services practice in New York. The role focuses on cross-functional program delivery, sales leadership, and development of consulting staff to enable end-to-end SAP transformations for financial services clients.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape business cases, and drive delivery excellence while embracing EY's flexible, hybrid work model and focus on client value and integrity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years in system implementation and full lifecycle delivery.
• Leading cross-functional programs with 10–20 onsite resources and 30+ offshore/global delivery.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in the professional services field.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and drivers for efficiency leveraging core S/4 capabilities.
• Experience guiding teams through initial program phases including business case development and program support infrastructure.
• Understanding of AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• Willingness to work in EY offices 2–3 days per week and travel 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead across program delivery and practice development within SAP FS.
• Drive firm development initiatives and manage sub-practice areas.
• Ensure cohesive, on-time, on-budget delivery with client satisfaction.
• Develop consulting staff and enhance practice delivery capabilities.
