Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of work experience in SAP or related financial services tech, with full lifecycle delivery.
Experience leading cross-functional programs onsite and offshore delivery teams.
Proven sales and delivery track record for managed revenue in professional services.
Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
Experience with program phases including business case development and infrastructure setup.
Knowledge of AI-enabled delivery methodologies.
Minimum 5 years in financial services or similar industries.
Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing.
Mentorship and staff development focus.

Responsibilities

Lead program delivery and practice development for SAP FS.
