Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and managed revenue within professional services
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and core S/4 capabilities
• Experience guiding programs from business case to delivery readiness
• Understanding of AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies
• Financial services domain experience of 5+ years
• Strong written, verbal communication and client service skills
• Mentoring and coaching for staff development
• Previous consulting industry experience

Responsibilities

• Lead across program delivery and practice development for SAP FS
• Drive program sales and successful delivery within budget and schedule
• Develop consulting staff and enhance delivery capabilities
• Coordinate with program leads and subject matter advisors to ensure cohesive solutions
• Manage multiple work streams and teams across on-site and offshore locations
