EY seeks a Senior Manager in SAP Financial Services to lead program delivery and practice development across large client engagements. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, mentor staff, and shape end-to-end SAP implementations within a dynamic, global team.

Based in the US, you will balance client demand, sales opportunities, and delivery excellence, while leveraging EY’s hybrid work model and broad career development resources.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience including 8+ years in system implementation delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs of 10-20 onsite resources and 30+ offshore.
• Proven revenue sales and delivery of engagements in professional services.
• Understanding SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead program sales and delivery while developing consulting staff.
• Drive practice development and coordinate multiple work streams.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to clients.
