Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the SAP Financial Services practice, guiding program delivery and practice development. You will drive multi-team efforts across on-site and offshore resources, shaping end-to-end SAP transformations for financial services clients.

You will mentor staff, develop delivery capabilities, and manage client engagements with strong emphasis on communication and executive presence. A willingness to travel 25-30% and work 2-3 days per week in EY offices is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years on system implementation and SDLC delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with 10-20 onsite and 30+ offshore resources.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in the professional services field.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience leading teams through initial program phases including business case development.
• Understanding AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• 5+ years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Strong focus on developing staff through mentoring and coaching.
• Undergraduate / Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field.
• Prior consulting industry experience.
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module.
• Willingness to work in EY offices averaging 2-3 days per week and travel as needed to client project sites – estimated at 25-30%
