Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in their SAP Financial Services practice to lead across program delivery and practice development. You will drive sales and delivery while mentoring consulting staff and guiding multi-thread projects across on-site and offshore teams.

The role requires substantial experience in SAP transformations, strong communication and leadership, and a willingness to travel to client sites. EY offers a hybrid work model and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

10+ years of work experience with system implementation and lifecycle delivery.
Experience leading cross-functional programs with 10–20 onsite resources and 30+ offshore/global delivery.
Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in the professional services field.
Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and drivers for efficiency leveraging S/4 capabilities.
Experience guiding teams through initial program phases including business case development and infrastructure setup.
Understanding AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a financial services company or comparable experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
Strong focus on developing staff through mentoring and coaching.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with program leads and subject matter advisors to ensure cohesive solutions.
