Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our SAP Financial Services practice. You will lead across program delivery and practice development, focusing on sales growth and leadership of teams.

This role emphasizes delivering end-to-end SAP transformations within financial services, with travel and client-facing responsibilities. Ideal candidates have extensive SAP project experience, senior leadership skills, and a background in finance, accounting, or engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with 8+ years in system implementation
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with large teams (onsite and offshore)
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services
• Deep understanding of SAP transformation and S/4 capabilities
• Experience leading programs through early phases including business case development
• Knowledge of AI delivery capabilities and methodologies
• Bachelor or higher in CS/Engineering/Accounting/Finance or related field
• Willingness to travel 25-30% and work 2-3 days per week in EY offices
