Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for the SAP Financial Services practice to lead program delivery and practice development. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage multi-resource programs, and shape end-to-end SAP transformations for major FS clients.

In this role you will mentor staff, coordinate with senior advisors, and contribute to sales and delivery initiatives while traveling 25-30% to client sites and EY offices 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years of system implementation execution and full SDLC delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with 10-20 onsite resources and 30+ offshore/global delivery.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services, including RFP responses.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and practice development across SAP FS practice.
• Drive program sales and delivery with a strong focus on people leadership and staff development.
• Develop and mentor consulting staff, build delivery capabilities, and ensure timely, on-budget client solutions.
• Coordinate with program leads and subject matter advisors to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions.
