Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Financial Services initiatives, shaping strategic delivery and client engagements across a global team. You will drive cross-functional programs, mentor consultants, and help clients transform their SAP landscapes using end-to-end delivery approaches.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong communication, and a track record in FS consulting, with travel of 25-30%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years of system implementation with full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs onsite (10-20 resources) and offshore (30+).
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience leading in early program phases including business case development and setup.
• Understanding of AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant FS industry experience.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and client-service skills.
• Strong mentoring and staff development focus.
• Undergraduate/Graduate degree in CS/Engineering/Accounting/Finance.
• Prior consulting industry experience and at least one full cycle core module implementation.
• A willingness to travel 25-30% and work 2-3 days per week in EY offices.
