EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP Financial Services to lead cross-functional programs, drive solutions, and advance practice development. You will oversee delivery across large teams, coordinate with program leads and SMEs, and ensure high-quality client outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic sales, solution design, and developing staff while traveling 25–30% and working 2–3 days per week in EY offices.

Qualifications

10+ years experience with system implementation lifecycle.
Experience leading cross-functional programs ( onsite 10–20 resources, offsite 30+).
Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
Experience leading teams through initial program phases including business case development.
Understanding AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in financial services.
Excellent written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing.
Strong focus on mentoring and coaching staff.
Prior consulting industry experience.
Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module.
Willingness to work in EY offices 2–3 days/week and travel 25–30%.
