Join EY as a SAP Finance Transformation Sales Lead - Senior Manager - Tech Consulting. This role offers the opportunity to work anywhere in the country and involves leading sales pursuits, managing client relationships, and driving SAP finance transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale sales pursuits across various sectors, primarily in finance within SAP environments.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborating across EY practices.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, including with CXOs.
• Drive sales processes using EY’s frameworks, incorporating innovative solutions.
• Manage engagement delivery, client relationships, and project economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• 5-7+ years in sales/pursuits with at least 10+ years working with SAP S4HANA Finance modules.
• Proven leadership in SAP finance implementations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel (~60%).

Preferred Attributes

• Prior consulting experience with Big Four or major SAP SI firms.
• SAP certifications (e.g., C_TS4FI, C_TS4CO, E-S4CPE).
