Role Overview

Our goal is to provide clients with unique insights on leveraging SAP technology to enhance their operations. This role focuses on EY’s SAP services (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, SuccessFactors), aimed at improving performance and productivity.

The Opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, combining our expertise across tax, assurance, transactions, and risk, along with SAP implementation experience. You will work with key finance stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP Finance capabilities, driving sales processes and collaborating with client and EY teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale sales pursuits in the Finance domain across various industries.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate across EY practices.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships at all levels.
• Drive SAP pursuits using our sales framework and creative solutions.
• Manage engagement delivery, client relationships, and project economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex projects.

• Strong technical skills in application design and requirements analysis.
• Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios.
• Expertise in system configuration and business architecture.
• Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 5-7+ years in sales/pursuits.
• 10+ years working with SAP S4HANA Finance modules.
• Experience leading SAP Finance implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Accelerate methodology or similar.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel (estimated at 60+%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience with Big Four or SAP SI companies.
• SAP Certifications (e.g., C_TS4FI, C_TS4CO, E-S4CPE).
• Industry experience in finance or accounting.
