Role Overview

Our goal is to provide clients with unique insights on leveraging SAP technology to enhance operations. This role is rooted in EY’s SAP service capabilities, including Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors, focusing on improving client performance and productivity.

The Opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create solutions, drawing on our integrated expertise across tax, assurance, transactions, and risk, as well as SAP implementation. You will work with key finance stakeholders to understand their needs, advise on SAP Finance capabilities, and drive sales processes with client stakeholders and EY SAP leaders.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale sales pursuits in the Finance domain across various sectors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborating with EY practices.
• Build long-term client relationships, including with CXOs, to foster trust and collaboration.
• Utilize EY’s sales frameworks to proactively pursue SAP opportunities, incorporating creative solutions.
• Manage engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program and project management, ensuring economic targets are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong technical skills in application design and business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios.
• Expertise in system configuration and business architecture.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
• Experience in managing client relationships and delivering quality services.
• Participate in sales and business development activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 5-7+ years in sales/pursuits.
• 10+ years working with SAP S4HANA Finance modules.
• Proven leadership in SAP Finance implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Accelerate or similar methodologies.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel 60+%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience with Big Four or SAP SI companies.
• SAP Certifications (e.g., C_TS4FI, C_TS4CO, E-S4CPE).
• Industry experience in finance or accounting.
