Accenture is seeking a senior SAP Finance Transformation leader for our Utilities SAP Practice. You will partner with senior Finance executives to shape and drive SAP-enabled transformations across GL, AR, AP, asset accounting and costing.

This role includes leading multi-team delivery, creating compelling business cases, and guiding complex design decisions globally. You will thrive in a collaborative, innovation-led culture, staying ahead of SAP platform and industry trends to deliver value

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years functional/technical experience & expertise in SAP Finance, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Account, Product Costing.
Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Utilities' clients.
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Utilities clients.
Experience driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live in the SAP Finance area.
Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

Engage with senior client Finance executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future).
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations.
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions.
Clearly explain SAP's Business AI strategy, including an understanding of its capabilities and roadmap. Identify functional areas where AI can deliver value.
Experience deploying AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain how AI-driven improvements can enhance project delivery.
Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture, delivering transformational roadmaps.
Become a trusted expert by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations; be a thought leader and develop best practices.
