Skills and Attributes for Success

• Experience managing SAP projects, especially full cycles involving SAP Accounts Payable, Receivable, GL, or related modules
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical skills
• Knowledge of SAP Finance best practices and system configuration
• Ability to research and apply emerging technologies and regulations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP ERP experience, including at least three full implementation cycles
• Proficiency in SAP FICO modules (CO, FI, FSCM, Treasury)
• Experience with project management and client engagement
• Willingness to travel (estimated at 60+%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience
• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Professional - Financials in SAP S/4HANA)
• Leadership in cross-functional teams
