Role overview

Our SAP-enabled Agile Business Transformation helps organizations navigate digital challenges. We focus on a comprehensive, business-first approach that integrates strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, technology, and operations.

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will manage high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management, process improvement, and innovation. You will oversee teams, maintain client billing, lead delivery streams, and manage projects, including travel as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Align technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive process and solution innovation and continuous improvement

Skills and attributes

• Experience managing SAP projects, especially SAP Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL, or related modules
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical skills
• Knowledge of SAP FICO modules, SAP S/4HANA, and project methodologies like Agile & ASAP
• Ability to research and apply best practices, develop functional specifications, and manage risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4-6 years of SAP ERP experience, including full-cycle implementations
• Proficiency in SAP FICO modules
• Experience with project management, client engagement, and hybrid delivery models

Preferred qualifications

• Prior consulting experience
• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Professional - Financials in SAP S/4HANA)
• Additional SAP finance certifications and industry experience
