The Opportunity

Join our Agile Business Transformation team, which uses SAP technology to help organizations navigate the digital era. Your role as a Technology Business Analyst Manager will be critical in analyzing business models, capturing requirements, and translating them into technical solutions that align with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
• Drive process improvement and innovation.
• Manage and deliver high-quality solutions, overseeing teams and projects, maintaining client billing, and engaging with clients regularly. Travel may be required.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams, with a focus on Product Costing and integration with other modules like MM, FI, and CO.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of cost accounting processes, SAP configurations, and project delivery within a hybrid onshore/offshore model.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of SAP Controlling experience, particularly in Product Costing, with exposure to various production strategies.
• Proficiency in SAP modules, system configuration, and functional specifications development.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience and SAP certifications such as P_S4FIN.
• Experience leading full-cycle SAP implementations and cross-functional teams.
