Your Role

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects, focusing on risk management. Your responsibilities include process improvement, innovation, team supervision, client engagement, and project delivery. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
2. Evaluate and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
3. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.

Skills and Attributes

Strong process and solution management skills, quality and risk focus, research ability, and best practice application are essential.

• Lead SAP projects, from requirements gathering to functional design and configuration.
• Deliver quality client services, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel and demonstrate decision-making skills.
• Understand system development lifecycle and technology frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4-6 years of SAP ERP experience, including three full implementations focusing on SAP Accounts Payable, Receivable, GL, or related modules.
• Strong communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams, familiarity with hybrid delivery models.
• Knowledge of SAP Finance/Accounting practices and proficiency with SAP S/4HANA FICO modules.
• Research skills on client inquiries, experience in developing functional specifications, and familiarity with Agile & ASAP methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications (e.g., P_S4FIN).
• Experience with multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Additional SAP finance certifications and industry experience.
• Leadership in cross-functional teams and proactive problem-solving skills.
