Your role

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management, continuous improvement, and innovation. You will oversee teams, maintain client billing, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with clients. Travel may be required.

Your responsibilities

1. Translate business requirements into technical specifications
2. Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives
3. Drive process and solution innovation and improvement

Skills and attributes

Strong management of SAP projects, excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, decision-making skills, and understanding of system development lifecycle are essential.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4-6 years SAP ERP experience, including at least three full implementation cycles in SAP Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL, or related modules
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams, knowledge of SAP Finance modules, and functional specifications development
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA FICO modules
• Willingness to travel (60+%)

Preferred qualifications

• Prior consulting experience
• SAP certifications
• Experience with multiple implementation cycles and leading cross-functional teams
