Your Role

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will manage high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management. Your responsibilities include process improvement, innovation, overseeing teams, maintaining billable client work, leading delivery streams, managing projects, and engaging with clients. Travel may be required.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong foundation in process and solution management, quality, risk management, research, and application of best practices. You should be capable of delivering SAP projects, managing stakeholders, and possessing technical and functional expertise in SAP modules, along with excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4-6 years of experience with SAP ERP systems, including at least three full implementation cycles focusing on SAP Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL, or related modules.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams, with knowledge of SAP Finance best practices.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA SAP FICO modules.
• Strong research, functional specification development, and understanding of Agile & ASAP methodologies.
• Willingness to travel 60+%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience and SAP certifications.
• Experience with multiple full cycle implementations.
• Additional SAP Finance certifications and industry experience in accounting.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and proactive problem-solving skills.
