Your Role

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will manage and deliver high-quality SAP projects, focusing on risk management, process improvement, and innovation. You will oversee teams, maintain client billing, lead delivery streams, and manage projects, with travel possibly required.

Main Responsibilities

1. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
2. Ensure technology solutions align with business goals.
3. Drive continuous process and solution improvements.

Skills and Attributes

Strong process management, quality focus, risk management, research skills, and innovation are essential. You should be experienced in SAP project delivery, stakeholder communication, and system configuration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4-6 years of SAP ERP experience, including at least three full implementation cycles focusing on SAP finance modules.
• Excellent communication, project management, and technical skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO modules and agile methodologies.
• Willingness to travel 60+%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience and SAP certifications.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and in industry-specific finance roles.
